I've been with Jim & Bianca since they bought their second truck, and I drove for them while they were leased on to another company. Since then the Powelll's have started their own company and helped me to buy my own truck. All I can say is that I have never had anyone treat me as good as these people.
As a company driver and now as a Owner Operator, I have been paid great, and treated with fairness and especially respect. Bottom line is this, my wife said if I quit J.E.B., she would quit me.

I have never had a company help me the way Jim & Bianca has. They stick with you during the good and bad times. When things got rough for me, with expenses on truck repairs they were there. I am 110% dedicated to this company as an Owner Operator.
