OK ...Lets start by letting you all know this was my 1st Patty concert... and one I will never forget...I arrived at the casino at 10am. Sunday, and drove around to the back to see if Patty's buses had arrived from the Wolf Trap show in Va. There they were ..2 purple/maroon buses parked outside the entertainers entrance...I had to stop and take some pictures...my blood already pumping..lol..After a few shots and some unwelcome looks from security..I decided to park the car and walk to the casino by way of Patty's bus...As I approached the bus I could see 2 feet with sandles on them come into view under the bus...I walked around to the front and looked ..there Patty was ..reaching into the luggage compartment to get her garment bag ...I have to say blue jeans never looked so good...I walked over to Patty who I think was a little shocked ...we shook hands and I wished her good luck on the show and tour...She was so nice..Patty gave me a big smile and said "why thank you ..your so nice" ...When I came down off cloud nine..I left to check out the casino...

Later in the day around 5pm. I watched Patty and the band rehearse thru a crack in the showroom door...I knew then I was in for a good show... Doors opened around 6:30pm and I went in to get seated...soon after they announced that cameras and flash pictures were not allowed... Major disappointment to me.....When the lights went down and Deanie started her intro to " I Can't Get Enough" Patty came on stage and she proceeded to blow me away...18 songs non stop.....Her voice was so strong and so good...The band was fabulous...Deanie , Carmella , Joe, Jeff and the rest ... Patty really got into the small crowd of about 200 or 250 fans...I really enjoyed "Blame it on Your Heart" men against the ladies sing along...As you can see I managed to get a few pictures before security lectured me...I just had too....hehehehe
Patty never looked better...she wore a red long sleeve top and navy spandex pants...she was hot...her beauty only surpassed by her flawless singing... After the show I raced to her bus to see if I would be lucky enough to get her autograph...Patty came out ...huge smile on her face...so happy and full of life...I was the first lucky fan (out of 10) waiting for her...She not only signed my TTKOMII cd ..but smiled and said ..Hi Ed .didnt I meet you this morning...Now you all know I'm in heaven...for at least a week.....lol
The smile...the look in her eyes...her warm personality...She has a fan for life....I will never forget this special day....
