Using every trick he can, Wanting you to beleive his lies are of God not of man.
He'll send you someone to put your faith in, Never letting you know this man is full of sin.
He'll win you over little by little, And when things don't go his way, his brother he'll belittle.
All along telling you how much he loves the Lord, And how we all need to be in in one accord.
But ask yourself if this is God's way, To hurt our brother with the words we say.
If he was sent by Satan, he won't care, And when you need him the most, he won't be there.
He'll disappear without a word, He'll not be there to listen when you need to be heard.
Leaving you feeling let down, Making you question if it's really salvation you found.
Somewhere south of Heaven, Satan will try to do you this way, You've got to hold onto the Lord for in his word is where we need to stay.
