It was there you first ask him in your heart, He said,I'll be with you always, from you I'll never depart.

There will be trails and hard times to endure, Now that you've found salvation Satan will try to pull you down for sure.

But remember it's hard to stumble when your on your knees, While your down Jesus will pick you up as he answers your pleas.

Just tell old Satan get thee behind me, From your powers Jesus set me free.

You'll never be put through more than you can bear, For your troubles with Jesus you can share.

You can talk to him anytime night or day, He will always be there to listen to what you have to say.

There's nothing that Jesus can't handle, In the darkest of nights he'll be your candle.

If you'll just call upon his name, Your heavy burdens won't feel the same.

It's hard to stumble when your on your knees, For when you call out to Jesus he hears your pleas.
