19 June 2010 Al Clark had a stroke at 11am this date,his whole left side was paralyzed, he could not move a finger.Quick action by Carol got him to the hospital in minutes.After brain scans etc. they gave him a "TPA" shot,the next day he was able to start moving his arm and leg.Noon 22 June 2010 he went home and continued recovering there.Al is now as good as you can get at 82! 6 August 2009  Al Clark at the helm of LST-325 during LST Week in Evansville,Indiana. O.K.so it was only for 10 minutes, but it was fun and I didn't hit anything! NAVY ARCHIVES II While at the Navy Archives II in October I got the WB muster roll for 31 December 1944 and May 1947. Both are in pretty bad shape so I'm hoping to find a volunteer to type them for me. I also have plans of the USS Wilkes-Barre CL-103, USS Sabine AO-25 and USS Mosopelea ATF-158 but have not had time to find a place to scan them for me. I want them on a disk so they can be printed on a plotter. Some of the new pictures I copied at the Archives can be seen on the South Pacific page,more will be added later.
