Nearly two years had passed since the filming of "My Sharona" where I rode around with the kids and my neices dressed as Baba and The Renegades.
My neice Tomara was visiting and we talked about doing another Baba video. I chose the song "Bang A Gong" by Power Station.
We raided mom's closet again and found some funky clothes and a bunch of scarves.
I had purchased a hippy shirt just for Baba when we were on vacation in The Smoky Mountains.
We hopped in the van and took off.
Our first stop was McDonalds. The workers got a big laugh when they saw Baba dancing in the van. One guy even reached thru the window to give me the hi five.
We went up to the walking track. A man asked us if we were on the warpath. I told him "No man, we are on a mission of peace!"
There were a bunch of old men who were staring at us. We ate our hamburgers at the picnic table.
After lunch, we went down to the city park and filmed some more.
Flim got drenched in the water fountain.
We drove around Wal-Mart and Baba gave people the peace sign.
We went inside our local Big Lots store. We walked around with the video camera and I got the kids some candy.
