1 box lemon supreme cake mix
1 box pineapple instant pudding
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil or 1 stick margarine
1 (10 oz) bottle 7-UP
Beat eggs and oil, add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
1 can crushed pineapple
1 stick margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. flour
Cook over meduim heat (stirring constantly) until thick. Add one can coconut, stir well. Let cool before spreading on cake.
