2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups peeled/chopped apples
1 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon, mix well. Add apples and nuts and mix until coated with dry ingredients. Mix eggs,oil and vanilla and stir into flour mixture. Mixture will be "thick". Spoon into greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or test with toothpick.
