If you are like me you like the County Fairs, especially the funnel cakes.
Well I was experimenting earlier today and made some really great funnel cakes at home.
The recipe is below.

Kim's Funnel Cake

2 eggs (beaten)
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup milk

Mix all ingredients well.
Heat oil in skillet, pour batter through funnel into hot oil.
Moving it around. Brown both sides, drain on paper towels, sprinkle with powdered sugar, while still hot.
