Chess Cake
Bottom Layer
1 box yellow cake mix1 egg (beaten)
1 stick margarine (softened)
Mix together until crumbly, stiff, hard to mix. Spread in 8 1/2x11 - inch pan.
Top Layer
2 eggs (beaten)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
Mix together and spread over bottom layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
