Easy Chocolate Eclair

1 box graham crackers (may not use all)
2 small boxes vanilla pudding (instant)
2 cups milk
1 container cool whip (small)
1 can chocolate icing (melted)

Mix pudding and milk at high speed for two minutes. Add cool whip and mix throughly. Layer in a 9x13-inch pan, graham crackers, then add the pudding mixture on top of graham crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers. Top with melted chocolate icing. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
