Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs

This recipe was sent to me. I haven't tried it yet. But it sure sounds good!

3 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. sherry
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained

To Marinate: In a glass dish or bowl combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, sherry, oil, ginger and garlic powder; mix together. Add the chicken and pineapple, toss to coat and refrigerate to marinate for at least 2 hours.

Preheat grill to medium high heat and lightly oil grate. Alternate marinated chicken and pineapple on skewers; grill over medium high heat for 15 to 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
