Butterscotch Pie

2 cups brown sugar
4 Tbsp. sugar
4 eggs
1 stick butter (melted)
3 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch (heaping)
2 1/2 cups milk

Seperate egg yolks and whites. Beat egg yolks, add milk and mix well. Stir in brown sugar, flour, and butter. Cook until thick, pour into a baked pie crust. Add 1/4 cream tarter to egg whites. Beat until foamy. Then add 1 Tbsp sugar, until you have used all 4. Beat until stiff. Pour on top of filling and brown the top.
