2 cup sugar
1/3 cup hershey's cocoa
1/3 cup self-rising flour
2 cups milk
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 baked pie shell
Sift together dry ingredients. In a large mixing bowl combine dry ingredients, milk, and egg yolks. Pour into a large iron skillet and heat over medium heat until filling begins to boil (stirring constantly). Turn heat to medium low and continue cooking, until filling is the desired consistency. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla. Pour into cooled pie shell. Top with meringue.
Meringue
6 egg whites
6 tsp. sugar
Beat white until stiff peaks form. Then add sugar by sprinkling over the top of the egg whites. Beat on high speed another 5-10 seconds. Place on top of cooled pie. Brown in a preheated 350 oven for 5-7 minutes or until desired color.
