1 can eagle brand milk
1 can coconut
1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
3/4 cup pecans (chopped)
1 lg. container cool whip
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 graham cracker pie crust
Mix milk, coconut, pineapple, pecans, and lemon juice. Add cool whip, mix well. Spoon into the 2 graham cracker pie crust. Chill 4-5 hours before serving.
