2 pounds ground beef
1 large onion
1 bell pepper
1 can tomato juice
3 cans chili hot beans
chili powder
Dice onion and pepper, add to ground beef, in skillet and cook until ground beef is browned. Drain grease. In a large pot combine beef, pepper, onion, beans, tomato juice. Add chili powder to suit your taste. (I usally cover the top of all with the chili powder) Mix well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer (stirring once in a while) for 2-3 hours.
