Vegetable Soup

1-2 lb. lean beef stew meat
1 pkg. baby lima beans frozen
1 pkg. corn frozen
1 pkg. carrot pieces frozen
12-14 med. potatoes diced
1 med onion diced
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 can tomato juice
salt and pepper to taste

Parbroil beef cubes for 15 to 20 minutes; place in soup pot big enough to hold all the above ingredients. Mix all ingredients well. Cook over low heat for 30 to 40 minutes or until tender.
