Sweet Potato Casserole

(For My Stepdaughter Christy)

3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
2 eggs well beaten
1/3 stick margarine melted
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all of the above ingredients together and pour into a buttered casserole dish.

Topping

1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup pecans chopped
1/3 stick margarine melted

Mix together and sprinkle over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
