POLITICS

Politics, a game that has been around from the very beginning of time, when Satan tried to set himself up as God and become the Lord of Lord, ruler of all. Following this great politician was his own dedicated cabinet that was willing to sacrifice all for this great politicians, even to follow him into the pits of Hell.

This politic game has continued on down through time even to present day.

Many battles have been fought just to see who was the greatest of leaders, but through all of this people have ignored what God has to say about all of this.

Let us start with today’s time. Many people say that the United States is not mentioned in the Bible. Is it or is it not?

Now granted different people will view things different than I do, but again, I only ask you to read what I have to say with an open mind.

Now if you have read some of my other pages you will know that in most cases when the Bible is talking of trees, it is refering to an individual or individuals, or Nations.

Obediah 1:4
Though thou exalt thyself as the eagle, and though thou set thy nest among the stars, thence will I bring thee down, saith the LORD.

As far as I know the only country that connects itself to the Eagle is the United States, it is on our seals, our Logo’s and so on. Because of this, I believe this is referring to the United States.

Do we not look at ourself as soaring higher than any other bird? Have we not tried to estabilish ourselves higher than any other country.

We are very boastful, very prideful, we believe we could rule the world if need be and sometimes we get involved with political movement within other countries that we should not do.

We will discuss this a little farther on.

Matthew chapter 5 verse 5 says:
Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.

We are far from being meek, do we really think we will inherit the earth?

Look at the complete Sermon on the Mount and see if we follow the teachings Christ gave there.

Mt 5:3
Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Mt 5:4
Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
Mt 5:5
Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.
Mt 5:6
Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
Mt 5:7
Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.
Mt 5:8
Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.
Mt 5:9
Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
Mt 5:10
Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Mt 5:11
Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.

I feel very strongly, if it is not mentioned somewhere in the Bible, then that means that the United States will not exist at the end of the tribulation period. But I think it is mentioned let us look at some verses of scripture that I feel support this.

Eze 17:3
And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; A great eagle with great wings, longwinged, full of feathers, which had divers colours, came unto Lebanon, and took the highest branch of the cedar:

Eze 17:4
He cropped off the top of his young twigs, and carried it into a land of traffick; he set it in a city of merchants.

Eze 17:5
He took also of the seed of the land, and planted it in a fruitful field; he placed it by great waters, and set it as a willow tree.

Eze 17:6
And it grew, and became a spreading vine of low stature, whose branches turned toward him, and the roots thereof were under him: so it became a vine, and brought forth branches, and shot forth sprigs.

Eze 17:7
There was also another great eagle with great wings and many feathers: and, behold, this vine did bend her roots toward him, and shot forth her branches toward him, that he might water it by the furrows of her plantation.

Eze 17:8
It was planted in a good soil by great waters, that it might bring forth branches, and that it might bear fruit, that it might be a goodly vine.

Eze 17:9
Say thou, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Shall it prosper? shall he not pull up the roots thereof, and cut off the fruit thereof, that it wither? it shall wither in all the leaves of her spring, even without great power or many people to pluck it up by the roots thereof.

Eze 17:10
Yea, behold, being planted, shall it prosper? shall it not utterly wither, when the east wind toucheth it? it shall wither in the furrows where it grew.

Eze 17:11
Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

Eze 17:12
Say now to the rebellious house, Know ye not what these things mean? tell them, Behold, the king of Babylon is come to Jerusalem, and hath taken the king thereof, and the princes thereof, and led them with him to Babylon;

Eze 17:13
And hath taken of the king's seed, and made a covenant with him, and hath taken an oath of him: he hath also taken the mighty of the land:

Eze 17:14
That the kingdom might be base, that it might not lift itself up, but that by keeping of his covenant it might stand.

Eze 17:15
But he rebelled against him in sending his ambassadors into Egypt, that they might give him horses and much people. Shall he prosper? shall he escape that doeth such things? or shall he break the covenant, and be delivered?

Eze 17:16
As I live, saith the Lord GOD, surely in the place where the king dwelleth that made him king, whose oath he despised, and whose covenant he brake, even with him in the midst of Babylon he shall die.

Eze 17:17
Neither shall Pharaoh with his mighty army and great company make for him in the war, by casting up mounts, and building forts, to cut off many persons:

Eze 17:18
Seeing he despised the oath by breaking the covenant, when, lo, he had given his hand, and hath done all these things, he shall not escape.

Eze 17:19
Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; As I live, surely mine oath that he hath despised, and my covenant that he hath broken, even it will I recompense upon his own head.

Eze 17:20
And I will spread my net upon him, and he shall be taken in my snare, and I will bring him to Babylon, and will plead with him there for his trespass that he hath trespassed against me.

Eze 17:21
And all his fugitives with all his bands shall fall by the sword, and they that remain shall be scattered toward all winds: and ye shall know that I the LORD have spoken it.

Eze 17:22
Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will also take of the highest branch of the high cedar, and will set it; I will crop off from the top of his young twigs a tender one, and will plant it upon an high mountain and eminent:

Eze 17:23
In the mountain of the height of Israel will I plant it: and it shall bring forth boughs, and bear fruit, and be a goodly cedar: and under it shall dwell all fowl of every wing; in the shadow of the branches thereof shall they dwell.

Eze 17:24
And all the trees of the field shall know that I the LORD have brought down the high tree, have exalted the low tree, have dried up the green tree, and have made the dry tree to flourish: I the LORD have spoken and have done it.

I stronly believe that here in Ezekial that it is giving a future vision of the United States, I believe we are that Cedar, I believe we are the two Eagles.

Now look at what God has to say about this Nation, or the people of a Nation like this.

De 28:49
The LORD shall bring a nation against thee from far, from the end of the earth, as swift as the eagle flieth; a nation whose tongue thou shalt not understand;

De 28:50
A nation of fierce countenance, which shall not regard the person of the old, nor shew favour to the young:

De 28:51
And he shall eat the fruit of thy cattle, and the fruit of thy land, until thou be destroyed: which also shall not leave thee either corn, wine, or oil, or the increase of thy kine, or flocks of thy sheep, until he have destroyed thee.

De 28:52
And he shall besiege thee in all thy gates, until thy high and fenced walls come down, wherein thou trustedst, throughout all thy land: and he shall besiege thee in all thy gates throughout all thy land, which the LORD thy God hath given thee.

De 28:53
And thou shalt eat the fruit of thine own body, the flesh of thy sons and of thy daughters, which the LORD thy God hath given thee, in the siege, and in the straitness, wherewith thine enemies shall distress thee:

De 28:54
So that the man that is tender among you, and very delicate, his eye shall be evil toward his brother, and toward the wife of his bosom, and toward the remnant of his children which he shall leave:

De 28:55
So that he will not give to any of them of the flesh of his children whom he shall eat: because he hath nothing left him in the siege, and in the straitness, wherewith thine enemies shall distress thee in all thy gates.

De 28:56
The tender and delicate woman among you, which would not adventure to set the sole of her foot upon the ground for delicateness and tenderness, her eye shall be evil toward the husband of her bosom, and toward her son, and toward her daughter,

De 28:57
And toward her young one that cometh out from between her feet, and toward her children which she shall bear: for she shall eat them for want of all things secretly in the siege and straitness, wherewith thine enemy shall distress thee in thy gates.

De 28:58
If thou wilt not observe to do all the words of this law that are written in this book, that thou mayest fear this glorious and fearful name, THE LORD THY GOD;

De 28:59
Then the LORD will make thy plagues wonderful, and the plagues of thy seed, even great plagues, and of long continuance, and sore sicknesses, and of long continuance.

Now do not get me wrong, I love America, I am proud to say I am proud to be an Americian, but I do not like what it is becomming, as it is drawing farther and farther away from God. It is becoming an abomination unto God by the path's it is following.

I believe September 11, 2001 was a movement by God to try and bring America back to its knees, but in reality it did not work. True there was a change of heart for a few months, then we went right back to where we were at before this occured.

The colonization of the Orignal Americans was done so by people that left their own countries in order to have a reliegious freedom to worship God in Spirit and truth. It is sad to note that the very thing those people fought and died for are now being destroyed by those that do not agree with their orignal precepts.

Anything that supports God is being taken out of Goverment motto's and such, Christianity can not be taught within any of our public schools, but yet religious doctorines dealing with Muslim belief is being taught in some public schools.

Murder of unborn children is being allowed more and more, saying there is nothing wrong with it, yet the Bible calls it murder and tells exactly what will happen to those that commit murder. A question just come into my mind. How can someone ask forgiveness from some one they have just killed, and how can that dead person forgive them?:

Yes I very strongly believe that America is mentioned in the Bible. I feel very strongly that we are one of those countries that broke their vows with God. I feel very strongly if we do not get back into the right relationship with God, that He will wipe us out.

I think II Chronicles 7:14 tells us very plainly what we need to do: 2Ch 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Read this verse very closely.

If my people, (those that say they believe in God), which are called by my name, (We say we are a Godly country), shall humble themselves (we have a long way to go here)and seek my face, (in other words truly look for God instead of just acting like it) and turn from their wicked ways (we are not turning from our wicked ways, we are just going more into it) then will I hear from Heaven and will forgive their sins and will heal their land.

It says verily plainly here, that unless we do what He says, He will not hear us, He will not forgive us, nor will He heal our land.

What do you think? DOES THE BIBLE MENTION THE USA?
