History: The boy known as Rom is the son of two Lunars which are completely unknown. The day after his birth resulted in him being put up for adoption at a local shrine to the Avitars of the realm. It wasn't long before a man by the name of Desmond Johnson passed through, he having felt sorry for the boy and was the one who adopted him. Desmond was a rich man, and item collector of all sorts. Rom was a simple boy, never really asking for more that he needed. He spent most of his time watching TV or running various errands for Desmond. Around the time he reached the age of nine, Rom was sent out to become a Duelist in the largely known "Lunar Realm Battle Monsters." He reached the Haven and immediatly challenged Sentry, who just happend to beat him. Rom figured this wasn't his cup of tea, and decided to do other things. The next day, a devil by the name of Leacite appeared in the Haven, and through various things, convinced Rom that his name was Mr. Eticeal, the Devil Hunter. Leacite also made it look as if Rom could do things that he couldn't really do, which resulted in him having gained a great motivation for being something in life. After being hit with an attack by Sentry's "Black Knight," Leacite faked death and Rom said he would honer the Eticeal name by taking it, and that's exactly what he did. Rom made friends, and he made them pretty quickly, he doing all he could to help the realm. He met various people along the way, including Simon Belmont, Richter Belmont, and the Holy Warrior Ryu. One of what he thought was his best friends was the girl known as Trinity Alyssa. He would always try to do things with her, but she usually ended up going and playing with someone else. However, the two were growing close, but Rom left the Haven for a few days, and when he returned, he didn't like what he saw. He was planning to surprise Trinity, but he saw her kissing another boy! And shortly after that, she left the Haven. He slumped down, thinking that she had found someone else. He was just a kid and all, and that girl had totally screwed up his mind. He wanted her, but couldn't have her, she left him for another. How is a kid supposed to handle that? He cried himself to sleep, losing a good deal of faith that he had in the "Good" of the realm. He disappeared shortly after that day, leaving the Haven to "find himself" and to one day return.
