"But Josh why?" That was one of the replies from a friend when I told them I was headed on a trip west. But the shocker came when I told him I was just takin a backpack and a hundred bucks. "How you gettin there?! How you gunna make money?!" Of course I couldn't answer these questions but all I said was, "If I'm meant to go it will work out." And it did, a friend was headed to Utah to work from some friends of ours. So I caught a ride with him, and got a job teaching troubled youths in the desert. So all it takes sometimes is a little faith. And now I feel so refreshed, alive and I've got a sense of direction in my life. All because I took a chance on life, it felt I was supposed to do this....so I did it. The results were astounding and I wouldn't take back for nothing. And you guessed it, I'm gonna do it again when moved to. I'm not telling everybody to strap on a backpack with 100 dollars in your pocket and hope for the best. But I am saying take a chance in life, you know what I mean, its been calling you. You've just avoided it, like I do, but you can still do it. Enjoy life.....!!!!!!
