Half Archon are the result of the offspring between two completely different creatures: the great and noble archons, the protectors of the mighty Mount Celestia and a humble, mortal human being. In fact, most of the time, the human isn't so humble as that because only great defenders of law and illustrious champions of good can attract the attention of a being of such degree of pure honor. So the offspring of such union are often mighty to, sometimes as mighty as the splendid half aasimor, considered as the purest mortals ever. And even if they are not so powerful or brilliant as a body could think they remain as a figure, a blood with half-Celestial origin. And that isn't nothing.
Half Archon are rare beings indeed. They seem to be even rarer than they are because they have many different physical trait and personalities depending on the exact sort of archon's blood that flow in their veins. So it's rather difficult to describe a typical half archon if we know that they are no less than seven different sorts of archon. Of course the lowest rank, the lantern archons, cannot be the parent of a child because of their lack of any physical form. And, from the humblest hound archon to the mightiest tome archons, guardians and rulers of the seven layers of the Mount each of them can be the father of a half archon. The word mother isn't mentioned here because of the fact that unions between a man and a female archon are almost impossible.
Ability adjustment: All half archon have a +1 adjustment to their Charisma and Wisdom score but they tend to be a little heavy so they have a –1 adjustment to their Dexterity. They also have a –1 adjustment to their Intelligence score.
Special abilities: Half Archon, due to their link with the Celestians are often very gifted and have many spell-like abilities. All of them can use the following abilities, each once per day: detect evil, comprehend languages, continual light. Most of them also have a 60' infravision and a 10% magic resistance. Many half archon are skilled warriors and all of them have a special +1 to hit bonus with any kind of sword due their extraordinary empathy with those weapons. And finally, all the members of the race are always protected by an aura of pure glory. Any foe witch fights with an half archon must save vs. spells with a –1 penalty or he will have a –2 adjustment to his attack rolls until he will hit the half archon. This aura is similar to the aura of terror of a dragon and cannot be dispelled by any spell or other ability.
Special hindrances: Half Archon doesn't have any special racial hindrance.
Class options: Half Archon can be fighters, paladins or priests. This may seem quite strange but no one ever saw a half archon becoming a wizard. This may be the result of the link between them and Mount Celestia where faith is more important than one's own goals.
Characters can be multiclassed only as fighter/priests. Half Archon always choose deities of honor, faith or noble war.

Common alignment – These alignment are the standard one for PC and NPC
Rare alignment – These alignment are rare, which mean than the PC with it are rare to.
Very rare alignment – PC with those alignment are unique ore close to. This means that a PC has a personality that doesn't match with the one of his kind. He won't by accepted in the social structure of his race.
Forbidden alignment – A PC with this alignment is viable, but for a very short time. No other of his kind will ever accept to have something in common with him.
