5 pounds of potatoes
1 stack crackers crushed
butter
salt
pepper
ham
milk
1 onion diced
1 tablespoon flour
Peel and slice potatoes. Place a layer of potatoes in pan. Spread crackers, ham , and onions over potatoes. Sprinkle flour over all. Dot with butter. Salt and pepper. Add the rest of potatoes. Pour milk over all till slightly covered. Cover with foil bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours uncover and bake till brown.
