Vegetable Soup
2 pounds hamburger
potatoes
carrots
celery
1 large onion
cabbage
1 quart tomatoes
tomato juice
1 can whole kernal corn - drained
1 can green beans - drained
1 can peas - drained
salt
pepper
chili powder - if desired
paprika
seasoned salt
Fry hamburger and drain. Use as much or little as you want with all ingredients. Cut potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, and cabbage into desired chunks. Place in pan and add hamburger. Add enough water to slightly cover, cook till vegtables are almost tender and water is cooked down. Add remaining ingredients, using just enough tomato juice to cover vegtables, can add more as it cooks down. cook to desired tenderness and serve.
