Canned Green Beans

Snap and wash beans place in jar and add 1 teaspoon canning salt. Pour boiling water over beans. Fill to 1/4 to 1/2 inch from top. Wipe rims off and make sure no salt is on rim. Put lids in hot water for a few minutes before placing them on rim. Screw band down over lid. Place in pressure canner and bring up to 10 pounds of pressure. Cook 25 minutes. Keep pressure at 10 pounds by adjusting heat.
