Salsa

Chop:
3 medium hot banana peppers
3 onions
8 tomatoes
3 green peppers

Cook in sauce pan until onions and peppers are soft.

Add:
8 ounce can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon garlic
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons salt

Cook until heated through. Place in jars and seal. Makes 5 pints
