Super Hamburgers
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tbsp dry onion flakes, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. garlic powder, 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Mix all ingredients well, shape into 4 burgers and grill
Savory Burger -- add 1/2 tsp. savory
Red Hot Burger -- add 1-1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
Oriental Burger -- add 1/4 tsp. ginger, 1 tsp. lemon zest and 1 tsp. soy sauce
Sesame Burger -- Toads 1/4 cup sesame seeds in the over at 350° for 15 minutes; add to basic mix
Hot & Tangy Burger -- add 1 tsp. seasoned salt and 1 tsp. BBQ sauce
Dill Burger -- add 1/2 tsp. crushed dill seed and 1/4 cup chopped olives
Herb Burger -- add 1/4 tsp. marjoram, 1/4 tsp. thyme, 1/2 tsp. celery salt and 1 tsp. parsley flakes
Chili-Cheese Burger -- add 1 cup grated cheese, 1/4 cup milk and 1 tsp. chili powder
Spice Burger -- add 1/2 tsp. dry mustard and 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
