1 can whole kernal corn
1 can green beans
1 can peas
1 cup celery
1 cup sugar
1/2 to 1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup oil

Drain vegtables and mix together. Add celery, sugar, vinegar, and oil, mix well, chill and serve.
