1/4 cup butter
6 medium new potatoes, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
Gravy:
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
In a skillet, melt 1/4 cup butter. Add the sliced potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat until golden, turning constantly. Remove the potatoes to a plate or heated platter. In the skillet combine the ingredients for the gravy. Stir until somewhat thickened. Pour gravy over potatoes.
