2 packs 8 ounce cresent rolls
1 pack 8 ounce cream cheese - room temp
1/4 cup powered sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 can 21 ounce pie filling - any flavor
Use 16 triangles of the cresent rolls and pat out for crust on stone,
leaving a 3 inch hole in the middle and make crust a little higher around edges.
Save other 4 for top. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, egg, and vanilla together.
Spread on crust. Take remaining 4 cresent rolls and roll out just a little.
Cut each one in half and arrange on top of crust like a wagon wheel. Pinch
together around edges. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly brown. Remove from oven,
cool and glaze.
Glaze
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 to 3 teaspoons milk
Mix together and drizzle over top.
