3 cups sugar
3/4 cup margarine
2/3 cup evaporated milk 1 - 7 ounce jar marshmallow creme
1 cup chopped nuts- if desired
1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine sugar, margarine, and evaporated milk in 2 1/2 to 3-quart saucepan. Bring to full boil, stirring constantly. Continue to boil 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted. Add marshmallow creme, nuts, and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Pour in 13 x 9 greased pan, (greased with butter). Cool at room temperature.
