1 package vanilla pudding - dry
1 cup white corn syrup
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 egg slightly beaten
1 cup chopped or whole pecans

Mix all ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes
