Pumpkin Pie

1 - 15 ounce can pumpkin
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup white or brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 - 12 ounce can evaporated milk
1 - 9 inch unbaked pie crust

Mix ingredients in order given. Pour into pie crust. Bake in hot oven at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
