1 1/2 pounds hamburger
3/4 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons onion chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Barbecue Sauce:
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water
6 teaspoons onion chopped
Combine all ingredients to make barbeque sauce and mix well. Set aside.
Combine the hamburger, oats, milk, onion, salt, and pepper. Place in skillet and cook until meat is thoroughly browned. Stir barbecue sauce into meat mixture, and simmer for 15 minutes.
