2 pounds hamburger
1 onion diced
1 green pepper diced - if desired
2 eggs
salt
pepper
1 to 1 1/2 cups milk
1 stack of crackers crushed
mashed potatoes
1/4 to 1/2 loaf of velveeta cheese
shredded cheese

Mix hamburger, onion, green pepper, eggs, salt, pepper, and milk together. Add crushed crackers and mix well. Pat in bottom and up sides of 9 x 13 pan. Brown in oven and drain grease off. Mix mashed patatoes and velveeta cheese and fill meat shell with it. Top with shreeded cheese bake at 350 degrees till cheese is lightly brown.

Do Not use any catsup product in meat shell like you would in a meatloaf. It will ruin the whole dish!!
