This is BJ at 10 weeks, a male pup that isn’t from my kennel that a friend Loyd Frisby out of Mich. gave me. He has Sport in him on the sires side and his dame has a little Finished Spitz in her and from what I hear is a pretty good little squirrel dog. I have had BJ in the woods and he has had fur in his mouth.
This is BJ with the first taste of squirrel in his mouth at 12 weeks.
Below is Patches. She is another pup that wasn’t born in my kennel but she is a stud fee pup out of my Clay dog and a Scutchfield bred female. We have had her since she was 6 weeks old and look forward in seeing her develop.
This is Patches at around 14 weeks with her first taste of squirrel. She really liked it!
This is Lucy's and Clay's first litter of pups born Oct. 2004. One pup went to Salyersville, KY, one to Dayton Ohio, and the other to North Carolina. I hear these little fellows have stolen the hearts of their owners. I plan on making this same cross again and will keep a pair of pups for myself this spring.
