Williams expected to sign with No Limit

Heisman trpohy-winning running back Ricky Williams of Texas is expected in town today amid reports that he will sign with the No limit Sports agency firm of Baton Rouge.
"I can't say anything other than we're having a press conference," said LeAnne Weill of The Weill Agency, which handles public relations work for No Limit Sports.
"We're notifying members of the press now," said Weill. "The press conference hasn't happened yet."
The New Orleans Times-Picayune reported Wednesday that Williams was going to sign with No Limit, the sports agency firm founded by rap artist and Baton Rouge resident Percy Miller - who goes by the name Master P.
ESPN and other national media are among those invited to the noon news conference at Casino Rouge, where No Limit Sports is based.
Williams, the all-time leading rusher in NCAA history, is expected to be the No. 1 or No. 2 player selected in the April 17 NFL draft. He recently fired his first agent, Bucky Godbolt of Austin, Texas. Godbolt works for Bob Wolff Associates out of Boston.
Master P, who was recently cut by the Charlotte Hornets at the end of training camp, has said he divested himself from the sports agency business last fall when he tried out for and made a Continental Basketball Association team.
Williams will by far be No Limit Sports' most significant client.
Other clients of No Limit Sports include NBA players Ron Mercer of Boston and Derek Anderson of Cleveland as well as former LSU basketball players Randy Livingston and Ronnie Henderson.
