Brian Wilson's first solo album was a qualified success. A case of too many cooks in the production department (see list above) and a feel of going through the motions on one or two tracks make this less than perfect, but the album still contains some of Brian's best post-Love You work. It is also the third and last (so far) album to be composed entirely of new Brian Wilson originals (the other two being Smiley Smile and Love You
