BEACH BOYS PARTY!

Produced by Brian Wilson

Band line-up
Mike Love
Brian Wilson
Carl Wilson
Dennis Wilson
Al Jardine
Bruce Johnston

Created in order to buy Brian time to produce Pet Sounds, this is simply an acoustic run-through of a few oldies, with rather annoying party sounds over the top. Nowhere near as good as its immediate predecessor or successor, it nevertheless does have a couple of wonderful moments, especially the covers of the Beatles' You've Got To Hide Your Love Away and the Everly Brothers' Devoted To You
