This is a nice album. What makes this album nice is
Subtitles conversational style of rapping. While most of
the material is battle orientated, it is almost like he is
just conversing with his under-skilled brethern
instead of the usual "beating emcees to a bloody pulp"
style that many are use to. Within' Subtitles style, he
seems to offer advice to "wack emcees" and also tries
to annalize there condition and mental state. One of the
stand out songs that comes to mind is "Ultra Sick".
One of the draw backs to this album, however, is the
order of the tracks. An example of this is the first song on
side two of this tape. This is not really even a song, but
just the "reverse/backwards" of the previous song on
side one. Also, some of the beats can be a little
monotone at times. But overall this is a good album
worth checking out.
