The Spight Family

Tom recently sent the work of Bertie Mae Shepherd which really helped with family connections. Tom Osterhoudt also contributed information. Captain Francis Speight of London, who came to VA in 1635 and settled in Nansemond Co, was born in England in 1614. He is listed as FRA Spight, age 21, on the "Thomas and John."
