OK, cher, time to get de creole seasonin's, de tabasco, unyons, garlic and taytuhs. We gone make ahself some crawdad boil yah! Jambalaya cookin' all up in de backyard der, and etoufee on de stove. OOH, Ya Ya, don't dat smell nice?

Many folk believe dat cajun food is anything hot. Dat aint da case, No! Any regalar poyson can make der food hot, but it take a cajun for to make da food just oh so right, cher!

Dey got da Emeril on dat der tv show, dey got de Joostan Wilson down here in da bayous, boat of dem can done showed you how too cook it up, yeah!

Lots of dem yankee folk say dey dont wanna eat dem der crawdads, but dey aint no more dan tiny lil, how you call em, lobster! Dem spicy, dey are! Dem good, too! Don't take but about ten or nine pound to feed a cajun, or five pound for regular folk.

Well, all dis talk 'bout food done made me hungry, cher, so I done gotta get some mudbugs and shrimp po-boy. OOOWEEEE!
