It is on Weekdays 6-9 am

It has been hosted by :Mikey Robbins (for many years) Helen Razor, Paul McDermott (Who was on it every morning then quit after complaining he didn't have enough sleep) Sandman (Steve Abbott) and Jen Aldershaw.
