~ Oriental Sauce's ~
~ Plum Sauce ~
1 - 12 oz. Jar of Plum Preserves
2 Tabsp. Vinegar
1 Tabsp. Brown Sugar
1/2 cup of Sweet Relish
1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger
Combine all the ingredients, Bring to a boil,
Stirring constantly. Remove from heat. and let cool slightly
Refrigerate ... Serve with Egg Rolls or other dishes.
~ Sweet & Sour Sauce ~
2 Tabsp. Soy Sauce
1/2 cup of Brown Sugar
1/4 cup of Vinegar
1/2 cup of Apricot Nector
1 Tabsp. of Tomato Catsup
1/4 tsp of Dry Mustard
1/4 tsp of Ground Ginger
1/4 tsp of Salt
Tabasco Sauce or Hot Sauce To Taste ( Optional )
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and, Bring to a boil
To dissolve the sugar.------ Serve with Egg Rolls or other foods
