~ Caramel Slice ~



Base
1 cup self rising flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup coconut
125g butter
Combine the above ingredients and Bake 10 minutes at 180 degrees { C }

Caramel
1 can of condensed milk
2 Tabsp.Golden Syrup
1 Tabsp.Butter

Bring these ingredients to a boil in a medium pan (Stirring)
Boil for 5 minutes (continue Stirring)
Pour the Caramel over the base..... Bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Cool and ice with melted chocolate or chocolate icing. Yummy!
