As
many of you should already know Scooby Doo is the main star of "Scooby
Doo, Where Are You?" He is a Great dane, who has a knack for getting
himself into trouble. He travels around with Shaggy, Freddie, Daphne, and
Velma, in the mystery Machine, hoping that it won't break down. He hopes
for this not to happen because if it does he realizes that the gang will
unreveal a new mystery. Besides Shaggy, Scooby might be the biggest chicken
in cartoon world. Yet he is always the bait in all of the villan traps!
Everyone asumes that Scooby Doo is Shaggy's, because of their closeness,
but really, it is never revealed who Scooby Doo belongs to.
This
is Scooby Doo's cousin, although some say it is his brother. He is a grey
Great dane, and is exactly like Scooby except that he looks nothing like
him and is a whole lot stupider! Okay, so I guess Scooby Dum isn't at all
like Scooby Doo, but nonetheless they are still cousins. Scooby Dum always
wears a red hat, which is turned sideways. Although Scooby Dum did not
appear on the show that often, every time he was on it it was a memorable
episode!! When Scooby Dum was on the show and it was time for the gang
to "...split up and search for clues" he (another chicken) would
end up always going with Shaggy and Scooby, and of course they would be
the first to find the villan.
This
is also Scooby Doo's cousin, so I guess it is safe to say she is Scooby
Dum's cousin as well. She is a Great dane, just like the above two. The
only difference between them all is that she has a bit of class! I'm not
saying the others don't, I'm just saying that she has more! Whenever she
has appeared in the show, I am almost certain that Scooby Dum has appeared
too. She always gets captured by the villan, so Scooby Doo, and Dum will
fight over who gets to save her, because as it would seem, they are in
love with her! Now wait a minute, if Scooby Doo and Scooby Dum are her
cousins why would they be in love with her?
Scrappy Doo is Scooby's nephew. He is a small little Great dane, but he sure packed a punch! Or at least he tried to but his uncle Scooby, or Shaggy would always hold him back. When he travelled around with the gang he always wanted to face the monster head on, and beat the living daylights out of him! The only thing that I think is pretty ironic about Scrappy beating someone up is simply the fact that...HE NEVER ONCE ACTUALL PUNCHED SOMEONE ON THE SHOW! Now this could be because he was always held back, or because he knew he would be held back no matter what he did, so he could afford to portray the tough guy image! Scrappy would do anything for his Uncle, especially trying to beat the monsters up for him!
