Christine Michel, Widow Ory, died June 20, 1789, at the residence of her son, Louis Ory. At the request of Louis Ory, Simon Tregre, and Jean George, her son and sons-in- law, an inventory is taken by Leonard Perillou and Emerique Adam (Emerius Adam) in the presence of the above named relatives. Debts owed to the deceased by: Simon Tregre, Jean George and Louis Ory. Debts owed by the deceased to: Andre, Mathias Ory, and Louis Ory. The following individuals singed the document: Mathias Ory, Jean George, Emerius Adam and Leonard Perillou.

Sale conducted on Louis Auri's farm. Present for the sale were Louis Auri, Simon Tregre, Jean George, and a number of other residents. Jean George announced the opening of the sale. Buyers were: Louis Auri, Simon Tregre, Jean-Pierre Keller, George Kerner, Father Mariano, Vincent Marchand. Madame Jean Rambeau (Mariane Sausier), Jean Aurri, Antoine Cambre, Mathias Aurri, Phillippe Vigan, Jean George, Urbain Picou and Henry Kensey (Jentzen). (Note : Jean George was the son-in-law of Christine Michel.) - The sum of 2272 piastres is partitioned among the three heirs, namely: Louis Aurri (fils), Simon Tregre and Jean George (the latter two being sons-in-law).
