Kevin’s Pages
I have always loved writing – poems, songs, articles, humorous verse, prayers and other stuff. For some years I made a living writing technical manuals about computer software. About the only thing I don’t really enjoy writing is cheques ("checks" for my American friends). Since I set up this web site in 1998, I have been meaning to put some of my work on the net. Like everything else in life, the usual excuse is "when I get around to it".
Back in 1979, I worked as an insurance salesman in California. One day, my manager, Jim, produced a coin from his pocket. It wasn’t a real one, just a little disc with the word "TUIT" engraved on it. "Here you are Kevin!" he said – "now you’ve got a round tuit!"
Well, it’s time I remembered that little "tuit" and put some of my creations out for public scrutiny. This stuff is not in any sort of order or category, but I will try to make clear what each title is. Sorry I can’t put music to any of my song lyrics, but although I’ve got a midi keyboard, I’ve never managed to work out how to use the darned thing. Just use your imagination!
