PRICES
These prices are for members of the wholesale trade only and are F.O.B. our nursery.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
Orders will be accepted in the order received. No plants to be picked up on Saturday or Sunday. All liability ceases after plants are loaded on your truck. We will gladly correct any errors; however, no claims will be considered after 48 hours of leaving our nursery. In that time frame we must be notified and full details given, but in no case will our liability exceed the purchase price. For shipments, all errors, damages or shortages should be noted on our delivery document.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Our terms are cash upon pickup or delivery unless credit has been established with us. All accounts must be paid within 30 days. A 1-1/2 percent per month will be charged after 30 days. In the event it becomes necessary to engage an attorney or collection agency, 33-1/3 percent will be added to the invoice, with a minimum charge of $250.00.
TRUCKING
We can arrange trucking for you at reasonable rates, either bobtail or trailer loads payable to truck driver.
BOOKINGS
Fall and Spring bookings will be accepted with a 25% deposit. All Fall bookings must be shipped by January 1 or will be cancelled. All Spring bookings must be shipped by May 1 or will be cancelled.
