A NEW HOPE BLOOPERS
Luke yells Carrie- In the scene after the Death Star is destroyed, as Luke is getting out of his X-wing and is reunited with Leia in stead of yelling Leia, he yells Carrie!! It sounds like he is yelling hey but if you listen closely you will hear.
C-3P0 Loose Footing- Right after Luke says "Well my little friend you got something jamed in here real tight" right as the hologram appears 3P0 falls off the step he was on.
Storm Troopers Low Clearance- This is in the scene where Luke, Leia, Han, and Chewie are in the trash compactor. After the compactor had started to close and Luke is yelling into the comlink. The camera cuts to 3P0's comlink sitting on the table, the to the security door. The door opens up and the storm troopers walk in. The trooper behind and on the right of the lead trooper its its head.
Han the Ventriloquist- When Leia says " Captain being held by you is hardly enough to get me exited," Han is saying the words with her in unison.(You can only tell if you look closely.)

Han’s Change of Clothes- this is actually in ESB and RTJ. When Han is about to be frozen in carbonite, he is wearing a vest and shackles. When he comes out in RTJ he is no longer wearing them.

Potato Salad- Rumor has it that while the MF is flying through the asteroid field, one of the asteroids is actually a potato.

Oversized Ewok- You won’t see this unless you have the letterbox version. There are two MAJOR mistakes in the scene where Threepio is ‘king’ of the ewoks. While Luke and everyone else is tied up Chewie sticks his head out from one of the ewok huts. Also there is a scene where R2 is untied.
Yoda’s Floating Cane- As Yoda says "twilight is upon me and soon night must fall." Pay close attention to Yoda’s cane. It floats across the screen for a split second.

Emperor Should Have Hit his Head- While walking down the ramp, somehow the Emperor’s head manages to go through the Shuttle Craft.
Hanging Han- While Luke, Han, etc. were to be thrown into the Sarlacc’s Pit, Han and Lando are standing on the platform and one of Jabba’s men fires a shot, hitting the vehicle, causing it to tilt. As everyone scrambles to balance themselves, you see Han grab the edge of the ship with his hands, and is hanging on the edge. But, a few seconds later they show him hanging by his feet.

I Know I’ve Heard That Before- When the droids first enter Jabba’s throne room, you hear lots of aliens murmuring...if you listen closely, one of them is Greedo’s voice speaking the EXACT same dialogue he said to Han in ANH.
Oola’s Failing Costume- Oola, the green Twi’lek girl in Jabba’s palace, accidentally "falls out of her costume" when Jabba drags her toward him.
